Pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering at Petra Christian University is a transformative journey that is both challenging and maturing. Amid dynamic professional responsibilities and family life, I learned that discipline and commitment are the essential keys to growth.

PCU not only provides academic insights, but also instills L.I.G.H.T. valuesLove, Integrity, Growth, Humility, and Truth)—which are highly relevant in integrating theory into practical solutions in the industry. The support from my family, lecturers, and the academic environment became my primary strength in completing this journey. I also extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. I Gede Widyadana, who patiently encouraged me to complete my thesis on time with... with sharp insight.

For me, this experience is proof that learning knows no age limit. As long as there is a willingness to step forward, every challenge becomes part of the growth toward a better version of oneself.

Balancing work and study at nearly 50 years old is admittedly full of challenges.
I am well aware that my brain isn't as quick as it used to be, so achieving success required pure diligence—studying hard, learning much more than my younger peers, and willingly sacrificing my weekends to study.
Today, I finally passed my Master’s Thesis defense in Industrial Engineering with an 'A' grade,
while successfully maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA for four consecutive semesters. Nothing about this achievement was easy, but it proves that it is far from impossible.
Age is never an obstacle to being the best among others.

My heartfelt thanks go to my advisor, Pak Didik Wahjudi for his incredible patience during this semester, even taking the time late into the night to guide me. Thank you, Sir, for your detailed checks and thorough revisions that helped make my thesis so much better.
